Field Recording #3: The Fountain

My third recording took place on Sunday, September 28th around 2:36 p.m. As I was walking on Prospect Avenue, I noticed this fountain leading to the entrance of an apartment complex and decided to it would be a unique and pleasant sound to capture. I decided to hold my mics about a foot away from the spurting fountain in order to get the fullest and richest sound possible without tampering my equipment. The water that was being shot into the air made a very soothing "kur-plunk" type of noise when it came back down and hit the still water. Play Sound Here
